These are the typical requirements for this type of store. However, we recognize that on special occasions these requirements might differ due to specific site requirements, government regulations, etc.

Size:

  • 250 + 59m

Location:

  • Airside location preferred
  • Along main always or at selected restaurant centers or at intersection of different flows
  • Considered different shape
  • Need 60/70sqm kitchen
  • Consider remote storage and restroom
  • Smaller site with additional patio seating is preferred

Shape:

  • Different shape
    – 3.5M minimum height
    – Preferably sufficient contiguous space to allow a single level restaurant with open kitchen, but can have remote storage, restrooms and in some cases, preparation areas.

Visibility:

  • Visibility from main corridor an large traffic flow intersection
  • Good sign visibility 20 seconds at average traffic speed preferred

Access:

  • Wide and direct access on the main traffic flow always or main intersection, the access must be obvious and wide

Presence:

  • The restaurant must have good presence in its area and be comparable to competition
  • Open Storefront (required)

Centrality:

  • Main Hallways, intersection or restaurant plaza
