Wide and inviting entrance from main street, secondary entrance a plus
The main entrance cannot be hidden behind another entrance
Underground shopping and location are not recommended
Access and location on upper floor require ground sign visibility and strong activity on that floor
Presence:
Must stand out in area
Strong façade signage to underline presence
The building and site must be noticeable
